Lo antiguo. Parte primera.

¡Qué bonito es lo antiguo! Tiene un encanto que me atrapa, me lleva al pasado.

Hoy he dado un paseo por Zaragoza y no he podido resistir la tentación de hacer fotos de su historia.

En el Paseo María Agustín hay una fábrica de fundición desde 1855, se dedica a la fabricación de mobiliario urbano y maquinaria industrial. Es un edificio histórico y lo que más me gusta es la casa que tiene al lado y su mágico jardín. Parece sacado de una película de misterio, con sus bustos al pie de la escalera que lleva a la entrada. Siempre que paso por allí miro a través de sus verjas y parece como si estuviera en otra época.

¿Qué os parece esta parte de la historia de Zaragoza? Yo sigo buscando la inspiración en esta preciosa ciudad.

How beautiful is the old things! It has a charm that grabs me, it takes me to the past.

Today I´ve taken a walk around Zaragoza and I haven´t been able to resist taking pictures of his history. 

In the "Paseo María Agustín" there is a factory since 1855, it is engaged in the manufacture of street furniture and industrial machinery. It is a historic building and I love the house next door and its magical garden. It seems something out of a thriller, with their busts on the stairs of the entrance. Whenever I pass by Averly, I look throught their gates and I think I´m in another time.

What do you think about this part of the history of Zaragoza? I'm looking for inspiration in this beautiful city.

Este puente ¿qué vais a hacer? Yo me quedo en Zaragoza. Sigo buscando ideas para la nueva colección. En cualquier sitio. ¡Incluso en el acuario! He ido a ver los pececillos y, aunque no me gusta ver a los animales encerrados, ha sido una mañana interesante por lo que se aprende sobre ellos.

This long weekend, what are you going? I stay in Zaragoza. I'm still looking for some ideas for the new collection. Everywhere. Even in the aquarium! I went to see the fish and although I don't like to see animals in cages or aquariums, it has been an interesting morning because I learned a lot.

Fría inspiración

Estos días está haciendo mucho frío en Zaragoza. Me gusta salir a pasear, pero con el viento que hace es imposible. Se nota que el invierno está llegando. ¡Y me encanta!

These days it's very cold in Zaragoza. I like to walk, but with this wind that's impossible. Winter is coming. And I love it!

Así que pensamos en ir a un sitio cerrado a pasar el sábado. Fuimos a un centro comercial. Estaba lleno, la gente ya está haciendo las compras de Navidad. Después de estar toda la mañana mirando escaparates, fuimos a comer a un restaurante italiano. Tuvimos que esperar más de una hora antes de poder comer. El restaurante era precioso y estaba muy decorado. 

So we went to a mall. It was crowded, people are already doing Christmas shopping. After spending all morning looking at shop windows, we ate at an Italian restaurant. We waited an hour to eat. The restaurant was lovely and it was very decorated.

Después de comer pizza y pasta, hice unas cuantas fotos al restaurante. Me gusta hacer fotos a las cosas bonitas porque me inspiran a la hora de crear la colección. Y aún me gusta más hacer fotos a mis personajes en sitios preciosos. ¿Os gustan las fotos?

After eating pizza and pasta, I took some pictures to the restaurant. I like to take pictures of the beautiful things that inspire me when creating my collection. And I like more to take pictures of my characters in beautiful places. Do you like the pictures?

Cómo nació el nombre de La Nena Pitita

Os voy a contar por qué mi marca se llama así. 

Me encantan los perros, así que tengo unos cuantos... Un día pensando qué nombre poner a mi marca, no encontraba ninguno que representara la esencia de la ropa que hago. Tenía que ser un nombre que sonara bien, que no fuera difícil de recordar... pero, sobre todo, que simbolizara lo que yo quería transmitir con mis prendas: coquetería, elegancia, estilo... algo con lo que nos sintiéramos preciosas.

Después de darle muchas vueltas a la cabeza, miré a mis perros y allí estaba la respuesta. Mis dos perritas se llaman Dioli y Tesi, pero yo cariñosamente llamo a la primera "la nena" y a la segunda "Pitita". 

I'm going to tell you why is La Nena Pitita the name of my brand.

I love dogs, so I have a few ... One day thinking how to name my brand, I couldn't find a name that represent the essence of the clothes I make. It had to be a name that sounded good, it was not hard to remember ... but, especially, to symbolize what I wanted to convey with my clothes: flirtation, elegance, style ... something that we're precious.

After thinking about it, I looked at my dogs and there was the answer. The names of my dogs are Dioli and Tesi, but I affectionately call the first "la nena" and the second "Pitita".

De repente el nombre que había estado buscando estaba allí, delante de mí, meneando la cola... Mis perritas gemelas tenían la solución: La Nena Pitita.

Tengo mucho cariño al nombre de la marca. Y sé que, con ellas acompañándome siempre, algo bueno nos pasará.

Otoño en Zaragoza

¡Primera entrada en el blog de La Nena Pitita! 

¡Hola a todos! Por fin puedo empezar a escribir en el blog. Tenía muchas ganas pero no había podido hasta ahora. Os presento "La Nena Pitita", una marca de ropa que he creado. Aún faltan muchas cosas por hacer pero espero poder ir contándoos que todo va saliendo bien. 

Además de ropa, hago accesorios como colgantes, bufandas, bolsos... Los colgantes están inspirados en personajes de películas. De vez en cuando llevo algunos a dar una vuelta por la ciudad y les saco fotos. Ayer di un paseo por el río Ebro y no paré de fotografiarlo todo.

Hizo un día buenísimo, temperatura agradable... y ni gota de cierzo que, para los que vivimos en Zaragoza, es casi peor que el propio frío. Os dejo algunas de las fotos que saqué.

First post of La Nena Pitita!

Hi all! I can finally start blogging. I really wanted but I could not until now. I present "La Nena Pitita", a clothing brand that I've created. There are still many things to do but I hope to be telling you that everything is going well.

In addition to clothes, I like hanging accessories, scarves, handbags ... The pendants are inspired by movie characters. Occasionally I photograph the characters around town. Yesterday I walked by the river Ebro and I photographed everything.

It was a great day, pleasant temperature ... and no wind that, for people who live in Zaragoza, is almost worse than the cold. Here some of the pictures I took.
